Job Description
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Infrastructure to join their team in Limassol. In this role you will focus on managing global networks hybrid IT environments and cloudbased infrastructure while ensuring high availability scalability and security. The position involves overseeing IT service operations managing Level 1 Service Desk activities implementing IT outsourcing (ITO) strategies aligned with ITIL principles driving the adoption of modern technologies and ensuring seamless IT support for business continuity and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) ITIL Networking (Cisco/Aruba) and Security (CISSP/CISM).
- At least 10 years in IT infrastructure and operations with 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing modern cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
- Strong background in outsourced IT services and support functions.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware HyperV) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell Python Bash).
- Familiarity with AIOps observability platforms (Datadog Dynatrace) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in securing modern SaaS and IaaS platforms.
