Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll handle client interactions across phone chat email and social media resolving account technical and financial inquiries. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support across multiple channels: phone chat email and social media
  • Address account setup verification login issues financial inquiries and technical problems
  • Act as a reliable advisor especially for clients in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer questions concerns and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain high service standards while following company guidelines
  • Suggest process improvements to elevate the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 01 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
