Position Overview
We are seeking a smart organized and techsavvy Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur involved in ecommerce and real estate ventures. This role requires exceptional communication skills multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Youll play a pivotal role in managing daily operations calendars and familyrelated responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails; organize and file correspondence.
Oversee full calendar management ensuring all meetings deadlines and events are coordinated.
Conduct daily checkins (3060 min) to review ongoing tasks emails and calendar updates.
Perform research for business and personal needs.
Ensure timely payment of invoices mortgages and bills.
Coordinate family appointments and align schedules with spouse.
Prepare and organize bookkeeping statements for accounting.
Book flights and accommodations utilizing points and travel rewards systems.
Make reservations and manage travel arrangements.
Provide problemsolving and support for various adhoc tasks.
Handle Vendor Communication: Coordinate with vendors or service providers for real estate properties or ecommerce operations.
Qualifications:
Native or Fluent English speaker.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in travel planning financial coordination and calendar management.
Techsavvy and comfortable with email and task management tools.
Proactive selfstarter capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive business and personal information with care.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple overlapping projects with changing priorities.
Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to adjust working hours for critical meetings or urgent tasks.
Interest in Learning: Enthusiasm to understand real estate ecommerce or other business ventures.
NicetoHaves:
Experience in real estate or ecommerce.
Familiarity with Slack and similar collaboration tools.
Knowledge of travel rewards systems.
British accent.
Interest in Travel Hacking: A knack for maximizing travel rewards systems.
Experience Supporting Entrepreneurs with diverse business interests.
Experience in HighLevel Communication: Working with other professionals including lawyers accountants or business partners.
