We are looking for people with kind compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Stourbridge Hagley and Halesowen as a LiveIn Care Professional.
As a LiveIn Care Professional you will live in a clients home and provide a variety of nonmedical services to help your client remain happy safe and independent in their own home.
The help and support could include:
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Keeping their house safe and clean
- Administering or prompting medication
- Taking your client shopping or to appointments
- Helping your client to get bathed and dressed in a morning
- Helping your client get to bed at night

Qualifications :
What We Look for in a LiveIn Care Professional
- You must have at least 1 years recent professional experience working in Livein care
- Under a genuine occupational requirement we are inviting female applications only.
- As well as the experience its also about you as a person. We always use the Mum test to ask ourselves would I be happy if this person was caring for my mum
- Successful candidates will join our team of LiveIn Care Professionals and be assigned to individual clients when matched.
- Drivers are preferred for this position due to the clients needs but not essential.
- Dementia experience is beneficial although training can be provided

Additional Information :
As a LiveIn Care Professional you will be provided with either 3 meals a day or an allowance per day from the client your own bedroom and access WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support.
What Hours Will you be Expected To Work
- You will work on a set shift rota with at least one other LiveIn CAREGiver (Eg. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off)
- As a LiveIn Care Professional you will need to stay at the Clients home and provide care as may be necessary or required by the Client.
- You will work an agreed daily average number of hours and provide sleeping nights
- You will receive a 2 hour break per day which is your own free time
