Job Description
Role: General / Club Manager
Location: Stretham London
Salary: Up to 35000 (depending on experience) Plus Bonus Scheme
REGEN London is a luxury gym brand blending conventional and hardcore training with upscale amenities such as towel service and massage guns. Independently owned and operated by experienced gym owners we are part of a network of five gyms including two REGEN London sites.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused General Gym Manager to take charge of REGEN London Streatham one of the areas trendiest gyms. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with experience in the fitness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to drive membership growth
- Effectively manage and lead a dynamic team
- Oversee daytoday operations ensuring a premium member experience
- Collaborate with the network management team for cohesive brand growth
- Implement strategies to enhance member retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fitness facility management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving business targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health fitness and delivering exceptional customer service
