Fitness Instructor in Surrey The Shredquarters Walton on Thames
Salary: 20per hour

About The Shredquarters
At The Shredquarters no one is lost. Every one of our personal trainers have your fitness aspirations at the forefront of their training methods. Each one of our fitness sessions are individually designed daily to drive results. We are more than just a gym; we offer multiple styles of training to cover all aspects you will need to achieve your goals! These include our famous Shred class designed to offer you high intensity combining both Strength and Cardio. Our Lift classes focus more on strength and weight training enabling further muscle conditioning and finally our Tornado training which allows members to experience at least 40 different exercises. Our Club in Walton also offers an extended timetable including both Boxing and Yoga workouts for our members to enjoy too! We are passionate about providing our members with the personal touch of 1:1 PT and the fun vibrancy of a group exercise class.
Due to the unprecedented popularity of our membership sales we require an enthusiastic fitness instructor to deliver our range of award winning unique functional fitness classes as well as 1:1 Personal Training sessions for our clients.
Every class is different but offers clients strength cardio team and aerobic based workouts in a high intensity engaging environment. Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness with instructors on hand to support everyone in achieving their potential every time they come to a class.

The Role:
- Deliver high quality resultsfocused Shredquarters group fitness classes
- Set up the studio before and after training sessions
- Ensure studio cleanliness and a high standard of operation
- Motivate members during and after training
- Assist with member retention
- Help build a positive communitybased team training environment
- Preferred but not essential experience to be Hyrox fitness competitions and boxing.
- Level 2 minimum requirement Level 3 preferred but not essential.
