Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic resultsdriven Hotel General Manager to lead our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision operational expertise and a passion for hospitality. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotels operations ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Inspire mentor and lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and guest services. Ensure compliance with all health safety and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets forecast financial performance and implement costcontrol measures to maximize profitability. Analyze financial reports and make datadriven decisions.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests. Increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement shortterm and longterm strategic plans to achieve business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
