Job Description
Were looking for a Financial Analyst to join Procores Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role youll drive datadriven decisionmaking by building analyzing and communicating complex financial models and reports. Your insights will empower Procores business leaders and executives to make strategic impactful decisions.
As a Financial Analyst youll partner with regional sales leaders corporate finance accounting and revenue operations to manage key financial processes and deliver actionable insights. Use your analytical expertise attention to detail and proactive problemsolving skills to develop partnerships optimize financial strategies and support Procores rapid growth. This position reports to the Manager of Sales Finance and will be based in a remote U.S. location. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
- Track and ensure accuracy for headcount travel and expense (T&E) program spend and other operating expenses
- Prepare and deliver management reports including variance analysis and key performance metric evaluations
- Offer strategic input to drive informed decisionmaking
- Manage periodend accruals reclasses flux and variance analysis and purchase order management in collaboration with Corporate Finance and Accounting
- Assist in companywide finance reviews and consolidations highlighting focus areas for leadership
- Partner with Revenue Operations on headcount management hiring timelines and headcountbased metrics
- Build robust financial models to evaluate strategic priorities return on investment (ROI) and other adhoc projects
- Lead or collaborate on process improvements including budgeting and forecasting enhancements and system implementations
What were looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- 2 years of experience in finance accounting investment banking or private equity
- Expertise in Excel PowerPoint and other standard business software
- Experience with financial management systems (e.g. Pigment Anaplan Hyperion NetSuite Coupa)
- Proven ability to perform indepth financial analysis and present findings to key stakeholders
- Enthusiastic collaborative and adaptable in a fastpaced datadriven environment
- Proactive problemsolver with experience leading or contributing to strategic initiatives
- SaaS industry experience and variable compensation/forecasting experience are a plus
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $72280 $99385. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
