Provide first level and second level technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems applications and network connectivity
Manage the IT help desk ensuring that support tickets are logged tracked and resolved in a timely manner
Monitor help desk performance metrics and work to continuously improve service levels and user satisfaction
Install and configure software applications on user devices according to company policies and standards
Ensure software licenses are managed and compliant with vendor agreements
Perform regular system updates patches and maintenance tasks to keep IT systems secure and up to date
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance activities to avoid potential disruptions
Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help end users understand and effectively use IT systems and devices
Provide ongoing support and advice to users on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Assist in maintaining the organizations network infrastructure including routers switches and wireless access points
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for end users
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR and HIPAA where applicable
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and generate reports on inventory status usage and lifecycle management
Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests following established incident management procedures
Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams or vendors as necessary
Coordinate with external vendors for the repair and maintenance of IT equipment and services
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
Provide remote support to users working from different locations using remote access tools and technologies
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes procedures and support activities
