Position Summary:
Implements accounting policies and processes from stock requisition releasing and monitoring. Handles petty cash funds replenishments and liquidation. Assist Government and statutory compliance of the Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors Branch Fixed Assets medical and office supplies.
Does Fixed Asset Tagging.
Handles Branch Inventory System including Purchase Request.
Monitors headset issuance release and replacements.
Handles Disbursement Book and General Ledger.
Handles timely issuance of manual Invoices and Collection Receipts
Processes ATP for BIR registered invoices and other Accountable forms.
Assists tax mapping and other government audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
Detailoriented and thorough
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Mathematical and analytical skills
Communication and vendor relationship skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
