Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Insights Manager for Strategic Projects to join our team in London. In this pivotal role you will lead the development and execution of datadriven strategies that drive business growth and inform critical decisionmaking across the organisation.
- Spearhead strategic projects leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights that shape business strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and opportunities for datadriven solutions
- Develop and maintain robust analytical frameworks to support strategic decisionmaking processes
- Translate complex data findings into clear compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Lead crossfunctional teams in the execution of highimpact strategic initiatives
- Design and implement performance metrics to measure the success of strategic projects
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in insights generation
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Experience and Qualifications:
MustHaves:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in insights or analytics roles with a proven track record of managing strategic projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Indepth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape analysis
NicetoHaves:
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools advanced Excel PowerPoint and data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Strong project management skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams
