Comex 2000 a leading name in telecommunications is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Billing and Validation Manager to join our highperforming Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.
In this role youll
- Lead with Impact: Oversee the entire billing process ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed projects.
- Drive Financial Success: Analyse key financial metrics identify trends and implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise risk.
- Build a HighPerforming Team: Mentor motivate and guide your team to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with operational departments to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Enhance Efficiency: Continuously review and improve billing processes for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management role ideally within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and experience with billing systems (Deponet and CEMAR a plus).
- Contract Expertise: Strong understanding of NEC contracts and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
- ResultsOriented: A proactive and resultsdriven approach with a strong attention to detail.
