Job Description
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervision preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in planning and coordinating group activities for various age groups and interests
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in dynamic situations
- Knowledge of various recreational activities and teambuilding exercises
- Understanding of safety protocols and risk management in group activities
- Bachelors degree in Recreation Management Hospitality or related field preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification required
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and irregular hours as needed
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus
