Job Description
The Team Leader position is a fulltime onsite role based in Bangalore with the responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of Stem Cell Counsellors. The Team Leader will lead efforts in promoting Cryovivas stem cell banking services overseeing the sales process ensuring team members meet or exceed targets and fostering a professional and supportive environment.
Tasks
Efficiently manage a team of Stem Cell Counsellors in the assigned region
Maximize team productivity through effective communication and leadership.
Work towards improving overall service delivery.
Requirements
Education: Graduates/Postgraduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology Microbiology Pharmacy Bioinformatics etc.)
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Preferably in healthcare biotech or salesdriven environments. .
