Main Duties:
Administration
- Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
- Should ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.
Customer Service
- Personally welcome and escort all hotel guests.
- Authorize courtesies for V.I.Ps
Financial
- Identify optimal cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
Operational
- Keeps a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel.
- Coordinates group arrival and departures.
- Addresses questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates.
- Makes effort on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue.
- Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and get business related information of the competition hotels.
- Maintains a close coordination with the airline staff.
- Facilitates guest checkin and checkout at the airport.
- Presents options and alternatives to unreserved guests and offer assistance in making choice types of available rooms as well as services of the property.
Personnel
- Self confidence motivation drive and tenacity;
- Ability to enhance organizational performance;
Other Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz. Lobby corridors main staircase and drive away.
- Helping other department in case of emergency.

Qualifications :
- 1 tp 3 years experience in a similar role in a five star luxury Hotel / Resort
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Well presented an outgoing and friendly attitude
- Able to adapt to unpredictable events and be resourceful
- Reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure
- Well planned organized and always punctual
