We are building a global network of healthcare and mental health providers ensuring referrals are accurate locationspecific and tailored to individual needs.
Job Description:
We are seeking 30 dedicated Offshore Research Analysts/Admins to join our team. This pivotal role involves internet research data curation and administrative tasks to build and maintain a robust global network of mental health and healthcare providers. By working on a massive scale you’ll directly contribute to bridging the gap between individuals and the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive online research to identify and curate mental health and healthcare providers worldwide.
- Work through an initial database of 20000 companies to verify and expand records.
- Analyze the levels of care provided by businesses and assess their actual services.
- Segment providers for partnerships and derive actionable insights.
- Use contextual awareness and keyword analysis to identify suitable service providers.
- Document and write detailed reports on the services each provider offers (approximately 20% of the role).
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data collection and scaling processes.
- Contribute to scaling the review process from 500 centers per month to 1500–2000 centers monthly.
Qualifications:
- Strong online research and data analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare and mental health terminology is a plus.
- Experience in data categorization segmentation and CRM systems is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines.
