Job Description
Duties:
- Analyzing and defining business problems along with an understanding of the technology landscape.
- Identifying and defining business goals KPIs and designing workflows.
- Proficient in creating business/ project documents (BRD FRD/FSD Logic Doc etc.). Experience in project management tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure DevOps etc. including familiarity with the endtoend lifecycle of a project.
- Good to have the ability of understanding & responding to RFPs and creation of business cases (open in terms of functional/ domain knowledge)
- Strong technology acumen and exposure to data analysis tools (Advanced Excel/ SQL/ Power BI).
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Basic understanding of key technology trends like Data analytics Cloud tech (AWS MS Azure etc.) and business cases around it.
- Good to have knowledge of data transformation mapping and operations.
- Strong familiarity with People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion transformation and visualization
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline.
- Handson Experience with Data Analytics Tools (Such as SQL Tableau Advanced Excel Microsoft Power BI or similar)
Additional Information :
- Good at operating Analytical Tools.
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer Relationship management system (CRM)
