Job Description
- Strategic development: Facilitate the departments standard technology service offering modularize features set development standards and evaluate new Salesforce products.
- Best practices advocate: Foster industry best practises within the design of the solution architecture implementation quality and technical documentation.
- Requirement validation: Thoroughly validate technical project requirements ensuring that solutions support the overall business goals and address relevant needs.
- Continuous improvement: Facilitate new project set ups from a tool perspective and ensure and harmonize the CI/CD & DEV/OPS methodology.
- Team mentorship: Ensure knowledge transfer to team members assess skill sets and fostering technical skill development.
Qualifications :
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Salesforce including Apex Visualforce LWC and familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations
- Industry experience: Notable years of work experience in Service & Sales Cloud and FSL and their applications in Service & Manufacturing
- Integration and Programming: Proven API & 3rd party integration knowledge
- Development & Deployment: Practical DEVOPS and CI/CD process experience is a strong asset. Programming languages such as Python Java Script etc. are a plus
- Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical problem solving. Versed in agile methodologies. Bringing in strong interpersonal communication & intercultural skills
- Data Driven Approach: Comfortable applying analytical methods to identify best fit solutions and using tools such as SQL or Power BI etc. to achieve this
- Availability of Salesforce Architect certifications such as Development Lifecycle & Deployment architect Application Architect Integration Architect System Architect or Technical Architect.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1). German is an advantage
