Job Description: GSA F&B
An F&B (GSA F&B) is responsible for providing excellent customer service in dining establishments such as restaurants cafes or hotels. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Greeting guests taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Handling: Serving food and drinks maintaining cleanliness and following safety standards.
- Operations Support: Assisting with inventory management preparing tables and restocking supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- ProblemSolving: Handling guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
Skills: Strong communication multitasking teamwork and knowledge of F&B hygiene standards.
