JD Sr F&B Manager PSL:


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering
exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of
food and beverage operations including menu development inventory management and team
supervision.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement promotions and pricing strategies
Manage inventory labor costs and budgeting
Supervise and train a team of F&B staff including managers servers bartenders and kitchen staff
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards of food quality safety and presentation
Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and revenue growth
Analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity


Requirements:

10 years of experience in F&B management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Certification in food safety and hospitality management (an asset)

Note:

Should have worked in good resorts and IHM background required.
Candidates who are from our region will be preferred as their HR should be strong

Salary: 6070k /month (Negotiable based on skill set of candidate) food and accommodation

Will be reporting to GM/Management
Erp and computer knowledge is must

Also responsible for highlighting short/medium/long-term issues to the General Manager / MD and helping formulate solutions. The Operations Manager is also required to assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes OPERATIONS MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Taking Care of the Mudhouse project that is 100mts away from main Paatlidun campus 2.Ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. 3.Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments 4. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel 5.Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per the category of the unit to receive & serve the guests. 6.Overlook Front office and Food & beverage operation on daily basis 7. Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HOD daily/ weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets,GSTS feedback action taken for service recovery, and any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting are to be sent toGM/Management. 8.Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant /GM guidance is to be taken wherever required. 9. Monitor the purchase/indent / requestions of each department,the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the vendors/suppliers, etc). 10. Closely working with head of department ,inspecting the stores(F & B / Kitchen / Housekeeping / Security) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels,expiry, etc) with the F & BManager and chef. 11.Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving the Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to HO Purchase. 12.Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation 13.Inspecting all arrival rooms and guest areas for their upkeep and maintenance. 14. Inspecting all departments with their respective Managers for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture 15.Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations 16. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process. 17.Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital. 18. Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development 19.Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally 20. Conduct weekly / Daily meetings with Head of department for day to day operation and plan of action. 21.Monitor and maintain operation & overhead costs to maintain maximum revenue for the organization 22.Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems or emergencies. 23 . Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. 24.Responsible to adopt long working hours and break shifts as and when required in operation. REPORTS TO: General Manager / Management PREREQUISITES: Excellent revenue management skills with experience in budgets, P&Ls, and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources, and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, and be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation. EDUCATION: A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset for Graduates with a bachelor s degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field. Computer Knowledge, MS Office. Experience in Property Management Software and Revenue Management Systems is desired. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7+ years work experience in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel as a Deputy Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Hotel Manager. Salary: 1 Lac/month, Negotiable Food and accommodation will be taken care of.

Education

A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred
