- Assist Chief Steward in overseeing daily stewarding operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness sanitation and food safety compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams for smooth service operations
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems for stewarding supplies and equipment
- Assist in developing costsaving measures and departmental budgets
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of food service areas to maintain hygiene standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management with 35 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations with food safety certification
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and inventory control systems
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Experience in luxury hotels or cruise ships preferred
