Job Description

  • Elderburg MD (Carroll County)

Position Type:

  • FullTime
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and involved Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role you will primarily work with children ages 18 months to 7 years old providing inclinic services. You will manage a caseload of 810 children and may be responsible for supervising 410 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) depending on case coverage. The BCBA will engage directly with both students and the team ensuring the highest quality of care and progress. This position is primarily based onsite but a hybrid work schedule can be considered (pending logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct inclinic services to children with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs as they carry out treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and assess client progress making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field.
    • Current BACB BCBA Certification.
    • Active handson involvement with students and staff. We seek a BCBA who is engaged and collaborative not just officebound.
  • Preferred:

    • Clinicbased experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Additional Information:

  • Position involves working primarily with children between 18 months and 7 years of age.
  • The BCBA will be expected to support the professional development of RBTs and other team members.
  • Must be comfortable with a fastpaced clinical environment and a teamoriented approach.
