Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve
revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market
research, networking, and lead generation - Cold Calling and physical Visit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
and proposals that meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of
the competition
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales,
marketing, Healthcare industry would be preferred
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and
closing deals
- Strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
