You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCreate end to end Transformation Roadmaps together with key digital interventions and business cases to deploy technology tools and platforms Identify whitespaces in technology and digital footprint work with internal and external stakeholders to drive development and deployment of solutions for whitespaces Work with key senior stakeholders to steer the buildup and enhancement of the prioritized organizational capabilities Manage relationships and activities in conjunction with Business Partners (Operations Capability IT Client Partners) Manage the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives track delivery and govern key cross functional processes Support New Deals (RFXs) and proactive Client proposals by giving Digital solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful submission Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry
Qualifications :
Outstanding stakeholder management and Customer centric mindset Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in transformation for Travel clients Preferred. Expertise in using MS Office Minitab Power BI Preferred Proven communication skills and ability to lead teams such as with knowledge harvesting upskilling innovation etc. Hands on experience in creating solutions and executing projects on RPA chatbot Omni channel platforms like Azure Genesys AWS Preferred. Handson experience in the identification scoping and deployment of AI/Analytics solutions Possess strong organizational and time management skills Strong problemsolving skills research and resolution skills data analysis and multitasking skills Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred not mandatory. Experience in Travel Retail HiTech industry is preferred Graduate (any field)
