Contract Administration Manager - Construction

AECOM Hunt is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Administration Manager for our exciting projects in Chicago IL.  

• Oversees the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from proposal stage through contract closeout and audit. 
• Directly and through subordinates assists all departments in developing contracts within company policies. 
• Examines estimates and delivery schedules.
• Prepares bids process specifications test and progress reports and other exhibits that may be required. 
• Manages a team of contract administrators.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS and 8 years of experience in construction contracts administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the field of contracts administration from a large general contractor.
• Prior experience managing a contracts management team of professionals.
• Experience with COUPA Workday CMiC preferred.
• Experience managing complex contracts on megaconstruction projects.
• Administration of subcontracting agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
• Understanding of a variety of types of insurance (OCIP).
• Degree in Finance Engineering or Construction Management.
