achelors degree or equivalent experience
-
610 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis or related fields
-
Translation of customer requirements into solution design with the ability to guide clients through the decisionmaking process and consult on best practices or business changes which will improve their solution and experience

Strong technology and business acumen with matching problemsolving skills (business and technical)
-
Deep understanding of SDLC RDBMS data structures and database concepts
-
Strong skills in SQL development
-
Prior experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain

System integration experience and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work as functional and engagement lead on assigned projects and oversee the work of others as needed while driving customer outcomes

Outstanding serviceorientation strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills (business and technical)

Past experience in a deadlinedriven fastpaced environment

Selfaware motivated coachable and able to work seamlessly as part of a larger team

Able to work with minimal or no oversight

Participate in our Professional Services Bootcamp which will introduce you to our products and processes as well as take you through a mock implementation.

Begin ramping onto projects as soon as training is completed.

Interact with customers as part of your initial engagements.
