Job Description
n this role you will get to:
- Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth code integration and delivery.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Set up and maintain logging monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus Grafana Splunk or ELK stack.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning scaling and maintenance using tools such as Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize application deployment strategies and resolve environmentspecific issues.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud and onpremise environments.
- Ensure backups disaster recovery and failover processes are in place and tested.
- Document infrastructure architecture configurations and operational processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications :
ur most successful candidates will have:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in DevOps system administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS load balancing VPNs firewalls).
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus Nagios or Datadog.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS Azure or Kubernetes (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer CKAD/CKA).
- Familiarity with serverless architecture and tools.
- Experience with hybrid cloud or multicloud environments.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python Go or Java.
- Exposure to security frameworks and practices (e.g. IAM firewalls encryption)
