Job Description
- Implementing systems and conducting checks to ensure food handlers practise good food and personal hygiene during food preparation;
- Assisting operators to conduct inhouse supervision and correct irregularities detected;
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Has good working knowledge in GMP GHP HACCP Food Safety Act of the Philippines.
- Relevant certifications are preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food safety quality assurance or relevant experience in Hospitality industry.
- Team player who is able to work independently and with minimum supervision
