The Product Analyst is a businessoriented role focused on ensuring the smooth launch of new product features while maintaining the high standards of existing products. You will drive product feature launches through monitoring communications and technical specifications and implement performance requirements enforcement programs and operational processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to analyze and manage technical aspects of Visas product offerings. This role requires a strong technical background excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
This position can be filled at any Visa office located in Miami FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD).
Strong technical skills and ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to speak to all levels of the organization.
Solid execution and delivery skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD).
Experience in product development/deployment management consulting or banking.
Technical experience with APIs preferred.
Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience working in global organizations collaborating with stakeholders partners and teams worldwide to drive regional and global product launch.
Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (i.e. PowerPoint Excel Teams).
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100000.00 to 141250.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
