Job Description
As a Commis III you will assist in the smooth running of the employee cafeteria kitchen by preparation and cooking of the required food items to a high standard and maintaining hygiene practices.
Qualifications :
- Excellent food preparation skills.
- You will be an innovative and creative person.
- You 1 year experience working in the kitchens of 4 or 5 star hotel properties.
- Preferably HACCP qualified.
