- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact via telephone email and inperson meetings.
- Manage event bookings using the inhouse system creating written confirmations and function sheets.
- Liaise with clients to obtain accurate event details and establish requirements identifying how the hotel can meet their needs.
- Respond to all M&E enquiries promptly inline with company standards.
- Maximise sales occupancy and revenue by upselling equipment F&B and relevant hotel facilities.
- Compile and distribute accurate function sheets discussing with Operations Team as required.
- Work collaboratively to achieve department objectives and budget.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional evening or weekend work as business requires.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently met and revenue is maximised.
