Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the management team of our dynamic fintech company. This role combines highlevel administrative support with elements of project coordination communication management and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be proactive highly organised and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment. They will act as a key partner to the management team ensuring their time is optimised priorities are managed and goals are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Calendar Management:
- Coordinate schedules for the management team including meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Manage prepare and review materials for meetings including agendas presentations and followups.
- Track deadlines and priorities ensuring the management team is fully informed and prepared.
Communication and Documentation:
- Serve as a liaison between the management team and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Draft edit and proofread reports presentations and email correspondence.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Project Support:
- Assist in tracking progress on key projects and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on project deliverables.
- Prepare summaries timelines and progress updates for strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder and Investor Support:
- Facilitate communication with investors partners and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing materials for fundraising governance and compliance discussions.
- Coordinate meetings and followups related to investor updates or strategic initiatives.
- Compile data and reports to assist in investor relations board meetings and operational planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 25 years in a similar role ideally within the tech finance or startup industries.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Superior written and verbal communication in both Italian and English (C2 level required).
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and tools such as Google Workspace project management software or scheduling tools.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Proactive solutionoriented and comfortable liaising with Clevel executives investors and crossfunctional teams.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech AI or finance is a plus but not required.
