Key responsibilities:
- Support delivery on various renewals and improvement projects from design inception to close out following construction project types varying from structures tunnels highways and technology across the M25 network.
- Identify and embrace change and promote innovations as the key to continuous improvement
- Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders and when applicable provide support to the project delivery teams
- Attend various internal team meetings as and when required
- Support the delivery of Business Sustainability activities
- The opportunity to visit and share experiences with other Egis graduates across the global team and organisation
Qualifications :
Profile
- Ideally a Minimum of 2:1 or above is expected or achieved in a Project Management subject or similar Engineering degree
- Driving licence
- Enthusiasm and results focus together with an ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- An understanding of the importance of presentation skills including the utilisation of visual tools to communicate outputs to various levels of the business and external stakeholders
- Familiar with the concept of key performance indicators
