Job Description
Desde Inetum buscamos un perfil de gestor/a de incidencias para realizar el anlisis y triaje de incidencias y la resolucin de incidencias y peticiones.
Interaccin con diferentes reas/departamentos.
Qualifications :
Requisito:
- Comprensin bsica de los servidores de:
- Servidores Unix Windows
- Aplicaciones y plataformas de integracin
- Bases de datos
- Cloud (IaaS PaaS SaaS)
- Almacenamiento
- Ticketing (Jira BMC ServiceNow)
- Comunicacin fluida tanto verbal como escrita
- Gestin de conocimiento
- Coordinacin y trabajo en equipo
- Enfoque a cliente y trato ejecutivo
Valorable:
- Experiencia en gestin de incidencias criticas o masivas
- Experiencia en comits de crisis
- Certificacin ITIL
