Job Description

The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services policies and programs for the region in line with Global/Regional HR. The major areas directed are:

Strategic Planning:

  • Align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with management to drive organizational development.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote corporate values.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop compensation strategies based on market research.
  • Manage employee benefits programs.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to employees.

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and implement training programs.
  • Support employee development and career growth.

HR Operations:

  • Oversee daytoday HR administrative tasks including payroll processing time and attendance management and employee recordkeeping.
  • Manage HR systems and databases.
  • Coordinate HRrelated projects and initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor or above degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in human resources with a strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor and employment law and HR best practices.
  • Confident articulate and comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various teams and empathize with employees needs.
  • Experience in data analysis strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular) and proficiency with HR software tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Korean and English with Japanese as an added advantage.
