StealthMode StartUp Client is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex technical projects across the organization. This role will focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management Agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are executed according to best practices in Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between engineering product design and operations teams.
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve conflicts dependencies and roadblocks affecting project progress.
- Understand and communicate technical requirements risks and challenges to stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture goals.
- Ensure highquality deliverables meet technical and operational standards.
- Identify project risks dependencies and challenges early in the process.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Proactively manage changes to scope schedule and costs.
- Track project milestones KPIs and overall performance against objectives.
- Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders highlighting achievements and areas of concern.
- Monitor budget utilization and resource efficiency across technical projects.
- Continuously refine and improve project management processes and workflows.
- Promote a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
- Implement and oversee project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana).
- Mentor and guide junior project managers or project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
- Ensure clarity in roles responsibilities and project expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines resource plans and risk registers.
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management preferably in a startup or techdriven environment.
- Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
- Previous startup experience would be an advantage.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering Project Management or a related field.
- PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Experience with Jira Trello Asana Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Ability to work with Clevel executives technical leads and external partners.
- Strong ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience managing project budgets and resource allocations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced startup environment with shifting priorities.
