Our 24month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a learning environment to help you become a wellrounded consultant and launch your career.
From day one youll dive into the heart of Turner & Townsend building your internal networks and deepening your understanding of our industry and service area. This is your chance to develop industry knowledge that goes beyond textbooks and lectures!
As a part of our team youll receive a structured development plan tailored to introduce you to the technical and commercial competencies that are the stepping stones to success at Turner & Townsend. A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will be your guide providing support and ensuring youre on the right track.

Strategy and transformation focuses on how programmes should be setup and how best to enable them to operate within the broader business market and regulatory environment across a range of sectors. We also support in the transformation of operational projects and programmes to ensure the best outcomes are realised for our clients.
We combine our technical capability and market performance information into an integrated solution; tailored for each of our clients through our leading industry practitioners. We work with clients to enable the right business case operating model and strategic building blocks to be put in place in their business. We then build upon these to enable the business functions to effectively integrate and operate throughout the programme lifecycle. Putting in place the foundations for our clients to deliver major capital investments.

In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices. Please also note this is not a remote role as we operate a hybrid working approach you will need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site.
To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance this process will initiated once you have accepted an offer and have indicated you are happy to go through these checks.
