What youll do:

• Provide project planning schedule monitor review and update project progress throughout the project execution to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the Review of Detail Design by EPC Contractors.
• Visit construction sites and attend client/contractor progress meetings in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues
• Monitor the entire spectrum of works right from Engineering to Procurement to Construction until Commissioning completion.
• To resolve issues and provide technical solutions when the need arises.
• Manage project changes budgets qualities and timelines

Qualifications :

Meet the requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Certified by Project Management Institute as Project Management Professional.
• Completed Ministry of Manpower Singapore Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM).
• Minimum job experience as project manager in successfully completed 2 transmission cable or infrastructure projects of similar contract value within 8 years. Candidates with more than 10 years of experience may be considered for Senior Project Manager position
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transmission cable or major infrastructure projects
• Familiar with all statutory regulations and requirements pertaining to transmission cable projects.
• Familiar with work scope work sequence method statement of transmission cable works.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Independent and able to interface with Client/ Government Agencies / Contractors
• Knowledge in Programming & Scheduling Risk Management Environment Health and Safety Plan and ISO documentation
• Candidates with working experience in other countries in SE Asia would also be considered
