Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes including operator orientation.
- Handle work pass applications and other employmentrelated matters for foreign employees.
- Oversee training administration ensuring operators meet certification requirements.
- Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Manage eLeave processes in Workday and generate relevant reports.
- Maintain HR records including personnel files and employee information in the Workday system.
- Handle daytoday operational HR matters related to bluecollar workers (operators).
- Ensure timely confirmation of new employees upon completion of their probation period.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Human Resources or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarinspeaking internal stakeholders.
