Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes including operator orientation.
  • Handle work pass applications and other employmentrelated matters for foreign employees.
  • Oversee training administration ensuring operators meet certification requirements.
  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
  • Manage eLeave processes in Workday and generate relevant reports.
  • Maintain HR records including personnel files and employee information in the Workday system.
  • Handle daytoday operational HR matters related to bluecollar workers (operators).
  • Ensure timely confirmation of new employees upon completion of their probation period.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Human Resources or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarinspeaking internal stakeholders.
