About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Housekeeping Supervisor where you will lead and motivate the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
What Youll Do
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assign tasks and schedules to the housekeeping team ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and support to the team to enhance performance and consistency.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
