- Lead the reporting of employment metrics
- Reference checks & Back Ground Verification
- Referral Policy & Process
- End to end lifecycle management of employees
- Employee Communication
- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems
Minimum Education MBA HR
Industry Exposure Required
- Proven track record of a people manager strong on data analysis strong understanding of policy procedures ability to think outside the box Solution centric approach
IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies MS Office worked on HRIS tools.
