Tasks
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join DigX working with one of our prestigious clients in a large accountancy firm. As a trusted consultant you will lead and manage integration projects ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance of our clients accountancy systems.
This role is pivotal as we embark on several highprofile projects into the new year. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of integration projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively ensuring the right skills are applied to the right tasks at the right time.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve project processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Experience Needed
- Proven track record of managing largescale integration projects within the accountancy sector.
- Extensive experience with accountancy software and systems.
- Strong consultancy background with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
