• *Job Description Summary**:
Boeing Global Services is looking for a **Director, Qatar Program Manager**. **This position will be located in Doha, Qatar** reporting to the Senior Director, Middle East and Africa.
The role requires leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on program execution, demand planning and forecasting for Qatar regional programs in the non-US Government portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic leader with strategic vision and leadership to model the culture of Boeing Global Services as agile and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance.
• *Position Responsibilities**:
- Manage execution for the three Qatar F-15 programs (Operational Training, Spares and Logistics Support and Device Installation)
- Manage execution for the Qatar Apache program
- Support the C-17 program and Global Trade Operations (GTO) team in country
- Serve as the BGS senior in country leader supporting a team of currently 350 BGS and growing employees across five programs
- Drive functional integration in country across GTO, Engineering, Program Management, Information Technology (IT) and Training
- Boeing interface to Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) for programs in country
- Act as Program Management executive for F-15 facilities stand up, to include implementing IT infrastructure, Government On Line Database Enterprise Service Planning (GOLD ESP) and other products
- Partner with Human Resources and other functions to navigate in country requirements and complexities associated with getting expats hired and in place
• *Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue and opportunity management to drive performance
- Experience with U.S. and international government programs
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
• *Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
- Displays strong leadership ability in managing multi-dimensional business model Internationally
- International Government experience
- Experience working with Government programs
- Experience working with Qatari customers and / or industry
- Demonstrated experience in people development, diversity, culture and engagement
- A strong, influential leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
- Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply
