Job Description

Adelphi Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to support students with speech language and communication needs as per the Individual Education Plan (IEP) service requirements at a school facility located in Spring Valley NY.

Requirements:

Active NY license

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

Experience working with children with IEPs

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language sessions individual and/group sessions in accordance with students needs on IEP.

Arrange for on site visits during the school year to each assigned student.

Collection of data relevant to IEP goals.

Maintain and submit weekly logs that capture students sessions.

Assist in facilitating the development of IEP IEP goals and progress reports related to speech and language.

Attend Committee on Special Education meetings.

Work collectively with school district pupil personnel team.

Any other duties as assigned.
