Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager Solid understanding of estimating process and system Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations A team leader focused on providing exemplary customer service Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment Working knowledge of computers Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver s license in your state of residence. Willing to submit to background and drug screen
