Job Description

What Youll Do
In this role youll be a key player in refining our processes and improving customer satisfaction. Heres a quick snapshot of what youll be working on:
Data Analysis and Insights: Dive deep into data to help us understand our business needs and find creative ways to meet them.
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture whats needed for projects and ensure everyones on the same page.
Strategic Planning: Support our strategic goals by turning data into actionable insights that drive our vision forward.
Solution Design: Create and propose datadriven solutions to meet both business and customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Keep communication open between tech teams and business users to ensure smooth project rollouts.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and recommend tweaks to keep productivity high.
What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst especially in a techoriented organization
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for organizing and interpreting data
- Excellent communication skillsable to explain your findings to both tech and nontech folks
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (a big plus!)
- Comfortable using project management and CRM software
