What you will be doing:
- System Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand and document business needs identify gaps and recommend system improvements or upgrades.
- ERP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and customize ERP modules to support business functions. Manage system updates troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead ERPrelated projects including system implementations upgrades and enhancements ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data to support business decisions and provide insights into key performance metrics.
- User Training & Support: Develop materials and conduct enduser training sessions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.
- System Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Strongly preferred Technical Skills: AS400 administration Infor XA 9.2 IDF/PowerLink RPG & CL programming NGS IQ queries Query/400 XML Infor OS/ION Desk Loftware/NiceLabel Label Matrix Varsity shipping Paperless MES system SQL Infor Birst.
- 5 years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst or in a similar role preferably with Infor XA.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL reporting tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Project management experience and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification is a plus (Infor XA/Birst/IDF). Experience in supporting daytoday stakeholder requirements. Manufacturing process support. Familiarity with system integration middleware and API connections.
