Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of a company that is based near to Huntingdon (PE28). On offer is a permanent job paying to 32597 a year plus company van overtime bonus four weeks holiday pension ongoing training and career progression.
As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:
- Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
- Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
- Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
- Working closely with Project Managers Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently safely and to their high standards.
- Responsible for checking tools overseeing team signins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
Requirements
To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:
- A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
- Team leading experience.
- A good knowledge of plants and trees
- To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
- Ideally your CSCS card.
- Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
- A driving licence.
- A mobile phone onto which you are happy to download their clocking in App as well as using WhatsApp to communicate with the office which will include sending pictures.
