The role in a nutshell: This Team Leader role oversees a team of assessors/interviewers within a highvolume hiring function. The mission is to drive improvements in recruitment processes ensuring the consistent application of assessment tools and highquality metricdriven team performance. This handson role requires identifying and implementing process improvements streamlining the candidate journey and providing daytoday leadership and support.

Location: Within a commutable distance of Nottingham as 2/3 days in office a week.

The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Assessment Team Leader youll be responsible for overseeing a team of Assessment Specialists ensuring the highest standards of candidate assessment and evaluation in a highvolume setting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated or customerfocused environments particularly contact centres and understands the importance of an agents early career phase.
In this role youll be the goto for process quality and consistency making regular audits part of the routine to ensure accuracy and fairness. Youll also lead with a metricsdriven approach analysing team performance driving improvement in the hiring funnel and implementing databacked recommendations for both tools and processes.
