This is a fulltime onsite role in the Greater Banglore Area. The Junior Software Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects providing guidance to the development team ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals and leading the development and implementation of software systems.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in software development and programming languages.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Communication Abilities: Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Agile Development: Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
